I have been in the real estate field on and off for 15 years. I have decided to get back into the house flipping in Las Vegas and just recently bought and closed last week on my first rehab. Bought it at auction on Hubzu,  Quite excited to get it all finished and on the market. Will have some properties under contract that I will wholesale. I am always educating myself in the real estate arena. Would like to network with like minded Real Estate Investors.
