Menifee/Murrieta Contractors-Help develop a list of good ones?

I am looking for some help in finishing up a rehab project quickly.  I am interested in working with the best licensed contractors or a general contractor who can help me turnkey this rental.  Concrete, paint, window replacement, stucco. References would be wonderful!
