Hi Friends, 

This is Rajiv from West Windsor, NJ. We recently moved here and I am looking for investment properties in the $100-$200k range. Positive cash flow is the main attribute. Location doesn't really matter. Any inputs or advice where I can start will be really appreciated. Thanks.
