Investor Friendly Realtor in Savannah

Looking for recommendations to network with an investor friendly realtor in Savannah with a specific focus on the Richmond Hill and/or Pooler areas.  I currently own a rental home in Richmond Hill and would like to add 3-5 properties over the next five years.  I live out of state so I would prefer to work with a realtor who is a "multi-tool" and able to help facilitate making connections with other team members down the road (i.e., Mortgage Broker, Attorney, etc.).  Appreciate any suggestions you might have!
