Agent Specializing in Rental Properties - Houston/The Woodlands

Hi - I am getting started investing in the North Houston area (The Woodlands, Spring, etc).  I am looking for a strong realtor that specializes / has extensive experience working with buy and hold investors.  This individual should know the North Houston market and be able to evaluate potential cash flow of rental properties based on market comparables. Hopefully I can find some referrals on here.  Thanks!
