Greeting BiggerPockets Family, I am a looking to purchase my first real estate investment property this year and was wondering, what the best neighborhood in St. Louis was for investment properties. This first property I wanted to "house hack" but was unsure of what areas I should start looking for potential leads? If anyone who knows the St.Louis market could give me some tips on where to start my journey I would greatly appreciate it thanks in advance !!
