Anyone on BP familiar with real estate in/around Van Wert county, Ohio? I have a family member there who wants to sell several residential lots (30+ acres including a pond) in the countryside.

I don't live in northwest Ohio and am trying to help from long-distance...hoping BP can connect me with local expertise and/or provide advice on how best to market this property.
