Snow Removal Costs/Recommendations - Chester County, PA

Hello,

I am under contract to purchase my first multifamily property in Kennett Square, Chester County, Pennsylvania (4 unit). All of my other rentals are condos or SFR, so I have not had to deal with snow removal costs previously. I am still completing due diligence on the property and want to get a better sense of snow removal costs for SE Pennsylvania (Downingtown, West Chester, Kennett Square) to help in my analysis.

The property is a 4-unit building with mostly street parking, but a lot of steps to each respective unit and walkways.  I know there are a lot of variables, but any general cost estimates or other things to think about are much appreciated.

In addition, any specific recommendations for snow removal companies are welcome (before I start randomly calling companies to get estimates).
