I met a wholesaler in my area last week,he had what I thought was a good deal on a house until I had a preliminary title search done and found out the house had lots of liens and back taxes on it.

Would any member of bp work with him

Why and why not

Do RE agents do title searches before they allow their buyer to put a home under contract?  Do RE agents have inspections, surveys, etc done before they agree to list a house?

How about every brokerage do a title search, home inspection, termite inspection, survey, etc, etc before they can list a house?
