Investor from Wadsworth Ohio 44281

My name is Christina Berry and I am new to Bigger Pockets. I have been trying to  soak in as much information as I can right now. I really enjoy listening to the podcasts while in my car and the weekly emails with blog links. I have found them to be very valuable.

I completed my first deal in April of 2015. A single family home with agriculture use, bought from family. In April of 2016, I purchased a triplex in the Wadsworth area. My interest is in multi family apartments. I like the Wadsworth market because I feel it is relatively stable and close to home so I can be a hands on investor.

My main job currently is in the agriculture field. My family runs a grain farm operation in the Sharon Center area. We grow corn, soybeans, wheat and hay on property we own but also land we rent from others.

I really enjoy Bigger Pockets and hope to get more involved.
