Wholesale Joint Venture, Looking to partner
Hello everyone in the BiggerPockets community. I'm a wholesaler in the NYC area, and looking to Network with other wholesalers in my area. I'm just starting out and may have a potential lead. I'd be happy to do a joint venture with any experienced wholesalers. Touching base with the lead tomorrow evening 06/16/16 8pm. I'm not sure what to ask the seller over the phone etc. The property was inherited and she wants out of it ASAP. Thanks for reading and hope to network with fellow wholesalers.
