Hi everyone, I am getting started at wholesaling in the Raleigh, North Carolina area and would like help with purchase and sale, assignment, etc forms/contracts.

There are a few free ones in the Fileplace here on BP but I'd highly recommend having a local attorney review them for you. What you're looking for is typically a Purchase and Sale agreement, Assignment contract, and a modified contract for double closings.
