New Investor from Southern California

Hello BiggerPockets!

I've been lurking for some time, around these forums and finally decided to jump in and start interacting with the community. I've definitely found a wealth of information thus far within these forums and mainly I've been reading all types of threads just to expand my knowledge and get more familiar with real estate investing. For now, my main focus is on educating myself and figuring the ins and outs of this sector so I won't have much to contribute in the beginning and I will definitely have a ton of questions to ask the community. So thank you all ahead of time for bearing with me and being such a supportive bunch and I hope one day in the future I can pay it forward to the BiggerPockets community!
