But you must not be able to answer yes to
          
          Do you have any assets anywhere that you could liquidate to satisfy the portion of this debt that is currently owed.
Or if current that could help keep you current even if the payments are going to escalate.

In other words you must prove hardship exists or will exist in the near future.

You can not just walk away without consequences.
