Is anyone in Kansas City buying notes?

I am a buy and hold investor who is interested in buying non performing notes. I was hoping to connect with someone local who is currently buying notes. I am very familiar with the rental game and have researched notes but have no real clue in the note space. I am hoping to pull the trigger soon but would like to talk to someone who has more experience than myself first. Thanks in advance!
