New member from the Charlotte, NC area
Hi everyone,
I am new to the BP community and the real estate investing world in general. After several years of pursuing a corporate career, I've found myself very dissatisfied and continue coming back to real estate as a possible avenue to a different and more fulfilling career and lifestyle.
Most of my recent research has been around flipping raw land, but I'm not wanting to limit my learning there. I've followed and read quite a bit from Seth Williams and Mark Podolsky, but it's become apparent that BP is the community I need to plug into to broaden my perspective.
It's great to be here and I hope to be able to connect with many of you, especially those in and around the Charlotte market, soon!
