New Member from the LA, California area

Hi,

My name is Jonnelle and I've been interested in investing in Real Estate for years. It's only now however, that I'm taking starts to get started. I'm mostly interested in single family or small multi family rentals. I would love to do flips but I feel like the market here in LA is out of my time range with the amount of time it would take to market and find one. I'm a stay at home mom with young twins.
