Hey guys I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and love it there. Real Estate was at first a hobby of mine and did it on the side but now I have made it my career and have been at it for decades! I love to buy and sell properties in Brooklyn, it has become more of a hot spot for younger kids coming out of college as their first place to rent; I have seen the popularity rise in the last couple years and I don't see it slowing down!

I wanted someone's opinion on what the better parts of Brooklyn, New York are to buy and sell real estate. It can be a quick flip or something that may take time, I'll listen t whatever you guys have to say!
