New to Real Estate Investing

My name is Manuel Souza. I am twenty-two years of age and what most people would consider a competator. I am a very driven person. I live in the Washington D.C. area with my beautiful wife and 15 month old son. I know what you are thinking, I got married young. I married my middle school and high school sweet heart. Real estate investing has always been a fantasy of mine. I am trying to make this dream into a reality. I look to build a network, bounce ideas and gain knowldege, and just take a leap of faith into this world by using this website as a tool to do just that.
