I am trying to practice with the numbers for rental houses in the city. We are looking at 2 bedroom/1 bath houses built in the 1940s-1950s. Is $60 an average monthly price to expect for Baltimore City? Or does it vary widely based on location? One local agency told me they can't give an exact quote until they have an address and closing date.
