Multi-Family Homes in South Florida

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forums and real estate in general and I'm seeking advice about purchasing in South Florida. My father and I have saved $50k in total and would like to purchase a multi family home with 3-5 units in South Florida to rent out and have the mortgage plus majority of the bills pay themselves so we can keep saving and investing. Any advice or suggestions about where to look in South Florida and would be deeply appreciated!
