Legal Question - Buying Duplex With 2 Existing Leases

Hey Everyone!

Looking to buy a duplex in the Cleveland area. One of the deals I'm considering has 2 existing tenants that are on month-to-month leases. I'm looking to get the existing tenants out of the property and am wondering what issues I may be facing with that.

Does anyone have experience in this area? Also, does anyone have a referral for a lawyer in the Cleveland area so that I can have the leases reviewed? (Reasonably priced lawyer of course.)
