New Investor from Fredericksburg, Va

Hi Everyone, 

I'm new to BP and real estate investing. My goal is to supplement/diversify my retirement with rental property and grow wealth in the process. I'm currently reading Brandon Turner's book on Rental Property Investing. I'm interested in the possibility of acquiring rental property in Cleveland, OH, Tampa and Sarasota areas of FL, and anywhere in VA. Can anyone recommend a good, proven, Property Management Company in these areas.
