Good Evening Fellow BPs!

I am new to REI but looking to learn more and jump in the game son. The Buy & Hold approach fits my personality and investment goals the best. Pretty flexible on location, specially since the DMV market is so hot.

It is great to be able to learn from the experience of fellow BPs.
