How do I find cash buyers?

So I've been studying real estate investing for a while know. I pretty much have a good handle on the concept and think I may have figured a good avenue of approach. My question here is finding local cash buyers. I don't understand where to begin and I want to have buyers lined up before I start getting properties under contract from home owners. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
