ever heard of leaseback properties?
well, i just read about them on this website...
take a look at www.teelalinvest.com
they have a section for properties in france and they are called leaseback properties
you buy the unit and you get a guaranteed return! plus you don't pay the taxes...
very interesting investment opportunities...
