SF homes to buy and flip

Im new to BP so I just want to shoot out my general first question that prompted me to dive into this site: I'm in the Lansing area and have strong desire to get into buying and flipping. I have extensive knowledge and skills in construction and remodeling. I'm looking for any advice with purchase of properties in the area as well as potential initial investment support.
