Atlantic city properties new on Zillow
This morning 5+ properties were posted in Atlantic city with owner financing. This the are I am looking to get started in. Is owner financing a good way to go?

@John Green I just looked at zillow. Those prices are nuts but owner financing at the right price is another story. Also, these properties are in some of the more dangerous parts of the city.
