Best type of property for flipping in MD

Hello Biggerpockets. I'm Nestor from MD. I'm looking for properties to flip in the Baltimore County area. Anybody knows what's the best type of property to start with? I'm still a rookie and I'm not sure if I should start with a detached home, a townhouse or an apartment. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
