San Antonio SFR investor looking to connect and learn together

Greetings! I'm a part time investor in SFR's living in San Antonio who's looking to network and share experience/resources/deals. I've basically been working on my own handful of rental property investments but am now looking to plug in to the greater experience and community of real estate investors in San Antonio. I've actually got a real estate license here in Texas (Home Team of America) that I only use for my personal investments and to help out friends/family. I'm wide open to meet folks, add value to the conversation where I can, and soak up information like a sponge.
