Ft. Wayne Indiana - Looking for Investor minded Agent,Contractor?

Hello, I'm looking to get into the Ft Wayne Indiana market with a best friend of mine who is currently working and living in the area. We have just started to look for our first property and would like to get a little more serious with our efforts. If anyone can recommend a great investor minded real estate agent and possible contractors I would appreciate it. Also I would be open to being put on any wholesalers buyers list in the area. Thanks!
