Hello Charlotte area investors!  We are having our next Charlotte, NC meet up on Monday August 1st at The Brass Tap in South End at 7pm.  As always, everyone is invited to attend - newbie or experienced investor - you're all welcome!

Our format is casual - there will be no product pitching or presenting - just food, drinks, and real estate talk (of course you're welcome to bring any deals you may have!).

Please confirm below if you plan on attending so I can get an idea of head count and reserve tables - as per usual we'll probably be on the patio.

We will have half-off all bottled and canned beer, $1 sliders, and half-off appetizers for meet up attendees.

The Brass Tap is located at 1440 S. Tryon St #105, Charlotte, NC 28203.

Cheers!

It also depends on exactly what you're looking for, @Michael Goodman. Some are more formal and structured, others are more just casual, networking, etc. I say just pick a few and go and see which you get the most value from. Also, and sorry if I missed this in a previous comment / thread, but it also depends on your investment strategy. If you're a wholesaler, there are meetup.com groups just for wholesalers. Best of luck man.
