Commercial lender in Tampa, FL?

Question

Can anyone direct me to an aggressive comercial lender in the Tampa area? Preferably a local bank or credit union. We purchase multis in the 10-50 unit range. Acquisition prices range from  $500k-1.5mil. Any help would be much appreciated!
