75% LTV Cash out Refi on 3 homes in KC MO
Hello, I need your help... I have recently acquired 3 cash-flowing properties in the Kansas City Area. All 3 are fully leased since August 2016. Values of homes are $65K, $65K, $85K for a total of $215K. Looking to get a 75% LTV cash out refinance. I am hoping they can be "bundled" into one loan or individually is fine also. Obviously looking for good terms: 30 years, 5-7%, no payoff penalties if possible. Does this exist???
