Hey Guys! I have been searching the Dunedin/Palm Harbor market for some time now and have not been able to find great deals. I know prices have been rising there in the past month. Im curious, has anyone else had any success? If so, what are your criteria and how are you finding deals? Any help would be much appreciated!
