I am looking to buy an undervalued multifamily in Newark.  I was originally working with a realtor and  got nowhere. Can someone help me on this?

Hi do u know what part of Newark u are looking to purchase this property. Are u gonna be doing a FHA purchase or getting a Convention mortgage
