Excited to be Here Woodland Hills, CA

Hello! I wanted to introduce myself my name is Heather Boren and I am a commercial real estate broker based in Woodland Hills, CA (SoCal/Los Angeles) and instructor at UCLA Extension. I am looking forward to contributing to the forums, especially topics including: financial analysis and underwriting (a class I teach at UCLA), leasing commercial properties, and flipping v. renting (via my former position at American Homes 4 Rent). When I am not busy with real estate, I enjoy competitive figure skating and hanging out with my two huskies who are rescues.
