Newbie Wholesaler and Investor

Hello Everyone!

I'm Denise from Roswell, GA by way of NYC. I've been in GA for six years now. I recently decided to start a wholesaling business first, and later dive into the buy and hold niche. My current market is Duluth and Lawrenceville, GA. 

I'm so excited to be here. Actually, I've been lurking behind the scenes of Bigger Pockets for a couple of months now absorbing all of this valuable information. 

I just started my direct mail campaign on Saturday and received my first response today through Patlive. 

I started going to my local REIA meetings regularly. I've met so many people and I believe it was time to come from behind the scenes and get to know the Bigger Pockets Family.
