@Tony Legendre you should include more information in your post. Things Like Rio Rancho, New Mexico and some details about your situation why you need an eviction attorney. Using location information can flag some locals that will respond.
If no one shows up, go to the local eviction court and see which firm does the most evictions. They will have the machine in place to be most economical for you to use. Get their card (they will be busy at the court house) and then call their office.
Alternately if you can get online access to court records then you can search and see which firm does the most cases. Google them and you will have your answer.
Finally, here real estate agents who have an agency agreement with the owner can also file for evictions just as the own can. It's not hard and most tenants don't even show up for court so you win by default. If you have a tenant that is more than just a deadbeat then the attorney route is definitely the way to go.
