Chicago, IL - New Member & First Time Buyer
Hi Everyone!
I just joined Bigger Pockets a few months ago, watched a few podcasts / read a few articles here and there. I'm getting closer to purchasing my first ever property, and I want to make it an income property (2-4 flat). I've got a lot of ideas of where I want to buy, but would love to talk with anyone who has more experience buying/selling/renting in Chicago. I'm also really interested in meeting realtors, contractors, and anyone else that will help guide me to making the best decision possible.
