New Wholesaler in Dallas-Fort Worth

Hey everyone ! I'm new to wholesaling... I've been going to a few Dallas REIA meet ups and networking with other wholesalers in the area. I've been doing a lot of reading, researching etc. I'm going to start this week with the Driving For Dollars Marketing technique. Any advice, tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
