Single family home investor New Jersey

I have been working alongside my fathers company for the last three years buying and holding single family homes for renting. I also work with a commercial investment company based out of Jersey City that focus on commercial and industrial. Im looking to flip houses to generate capital and make my own way into the real estate game! Serving in the British army has made me meticulous and focused in ensuring my investments are sound.
