Hey,
New member from Ontario, Canada here looking to connect with others in the Guelph/Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area. I have 1 duplex that cash flows roughly $800 per month (crazy) and want to get into some bigger projects. Want to get a few more duplexes that have good cash flow, then work my way up to apartments. 19 years old and looking for somebody who I can help and learn from.

@Braydon McNabb - Welcome to BP! I've been an active investor in Waterloo for the past 15 years, but I'm currently exiting the market to focus on BRRR in Toronto.
