How much debt do you have?
I currently owe $265k and was curious to see how much other investors owe. This is spread out between six properties.

The absolute debt doesnt matter. What matters is debt/equity ratio, debt/income ratio and reserves. If you have a high income and lots of reserve with properties that have a lot of equity, the absolute number of the debt is irrelevant
