Part time investor from Winston-Salem, NC

I am a part time investor from Winston-Salem, NC.  I currently have one single family rental that I have spent the past six months renovating and is now on the market for rent.  It was a leap of faith to get off the sidelines and make this first investment, but thanks to BP - I had a large collection of tools, tips, and network to make it work.  I look forward to doing it all over again. 

Currently, I am the Procurement Manager for a Regional Facility Servies company.  Additionally, I am a NC Real Estate Broker, mostly for my own transactions but would like to represent others when the opportunity presents itself.  

I hope to grow my knowledge base, build a network of like-minded investors, and offer help to others who are pursuing their goals.  

I am a husband and father of four.  My goal is to build an investment portfolio that enables me to give my best time, energy, and encouragement to my family and
