Central Mississippi and Alabama gulf coast
I'm Warren and I have a single family rental and a vacation rental in Gulf Shores. I also recently flipped a small house and am owner financing the sale. I also flipped a house 10 years ago. My wife and I have been steadily increasing our portfolio, and are looking to get into multi units. Our goal is to be able to do this full time to have more time with our daughter and family.
I am originally from Mobile, Alabama and know that area well. I am currently living in Ridgeland, MS. and we are looking to meet people to learn more and DO more.
I know hard work pays off. I ran cross country and track at The University of Mobile and Mississippi State, so I know what it means to put in the time and effort to get what you want. I am very willing to share what I think I know, and look forward to learning from the community.
