My name is Matthew Dowdy and I live in Murfreesboro too. There is tons of exciting growth going on here in Rutherford county. I just moved out here almost 2 years ago in January and would love to get together, network, and talk goals etc.
I grew up in Cool Springs, Franklin / Brentwood and the growth I have seen in the last 10-15 years is mind boggling. I see much of the same going on out here in the Boro.
I have recently been networking with a couple builders to try and build low income, section 8 multi family housing in 2017.
