Who do you use for online rent payments?
I've been operating on the old-school mail-the-check system which has worked well enough but I'd like to offer another option to the people who would prefer it. What companies/processes do you all use for this?

I use Dwolla.com. My tenants log in and pay the amount owed and I can even send them reminders via email. There is a delay in the funds hitting your bank but that is usually just a day or so.
