Financing Investment Condos under $50,000

I have located several condos that I think would be profitable long-term rentals. Each one is under $50,000. 

I want to buy several, and I want to finance the purchases, but I have not found any lenders that extend less than $75,000 per purchase. The only option I have found is three-year personal loans with interest of around 23%. 

Does anyone have any strategies for financing this transaction?
