Property management fees in Maryland
Hey everyone!
Would like to get everyone's buy in on average property management fee in the Maryland area? I've heard of some ranging from 6-10% a month. This seem accurate for the area?

8% is customary in Maryland however, some firms may come up with creative ways of increasing their 8 % Management fee for example; Advertising, Lease Administration, (etc).
